Instructor · Lena Hartwig
Consultation lead with a background in HR operations across mid-size German employers. Lena facilitates the Studio and reviews every Hours & Rights Map before delivery.
The Conversation studio module forced me to cut a three-page email down to eight lines. My HR contact finally answered the same week.
Strong on documentation. I still needed a lawyer for a discrimination angle — Lena was clear about that limit in module five.
FAQ
Is this legal advice?
No. Devstorage Core provides informational employment consultations and educational materials. Licensed attorneys remain necessary for disputes, filings, or formal opinions under German law.
How long does the Studio take?
Most participants complete live sessions across two weeks, with asynchronous drafting between modules. Rush timelines are possible but reduce revision depth.
What is a real limitation of the program?
We cannot compel an employer to accept a schedule, and we do not attend internal negotiations on your behalf. If your case is already adversarial, the Studio may be the wrong tool — we will say so at intake.
Can managers join with an employee?
Yes, with consent from both sides. Some prefer the separate Team Briefing format on our pricing page.
