Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid consultation sessions and programs sold by Devstorage Core under a written confirmation. Website prices are informational; the invoice and confirmation email define the purchased scope.

Eligibility for a full refund

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least 5 business days before the first scheduled live session and no written deliverable (such as a draft Hours & Rights Map) has been issued.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between 5 and 2 business days before the first live session, we retain 30% of the session fee to cover preparation already started and refund the remainder. After a live session begins, or after a written deliverable is sent, fees for completed portions are non-refundable; unused follow-up minutes may be credited toward a future Orientation Desk call within 90 days at our discretion.

• Completed Team Briefing deliveries
• Custom materials already delivered in final form
• Third-party fees we paid on your behalf with prior approval

Refund process

Email hello@devstorage-core.digital with your name, invoice number, session date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Devstorage Core

If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable reschedule within 21 days, you receive a full refund. We may also cancel and refund if intake shows your matter requires licensed counsel we cannot provide.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where applicable under German and EU law, remain unaffected. If a mandatory cooling-off period applies to your distance contract, those rights prevail over this policy’s timelines.
